If you're looking for a simple way to add Freely to your TV, the new Aero 4K TV Streamer from Manhattan TV could be just the thing.
Freely is the new free streaming platform from the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, and since it launched last year it's been expanding its offering to add ever more channels. And the Aero 4K makes it easy to add the service to your existing TV: all you need is Wi-Fi and the supplied HDMI cable.

The Aero streamer is powered by TiVo OS with voice search and features Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video, YouTube and more as well as Freely's options, although these kinds of services will require a subscription. It also has TiVo+, which gives you 400+ free streaming channels and free on-demand movies and TV shows.
As for Freely itself, it gives you over 60 live TV channels and more than 75,000 hours of content from BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 5, and others.
The Aero TV streamer has a quad-core processor, Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet, and it supports resolutions up to 4K/60Hz. There's support for HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ but not Dolby Vision, and there's Dolby Atmos audio passthrough – so as long as your TV, soundbar or AV receiver supports Dolby Atmos, you'll get its 3D sound.
The Aero TV 4K Streamer with Freely is £69.99, making it more expensive than a Fire TV Stick 4K or a Roku Streaming Stick Plus but considerably cheaper than an Apple TV 4K – and at the time of writing the Apple device doesn't have Freely as an option.
If you already have suitable Amazon hardware the Freely app is currently available on the Amazon app store, and it's pre-installed on smart TVs from the likes of Roku, Bush and Philips. You can see the Freely TV range here.
