Analytics dashboard in agent workspace

Amazon Connect now provides agents with an out-of-box analytics dashboard in the agent workspace. The dashboard displays individual performance metrics and queue status information to help agents make data-driven decisions. For more information, see Performance dashboard in the agent workspace.
